<fuxxy> Installed LibreElec 9.0.2 on my Dell-Wyse 3030. I have great video resolution, but no audio from the analog output. Builtin speaker works. How would I go about getting audio to the TV? I only have three devices listed - ALSA:default (Intel PCH), Intel PCH, and Bluetooth (Not installed).

<fuxxy> It appears running aplay with the device "alsa:front" works. However, that device does not exist in the kodi audio device selection. Is there a way to add it?
<mack-> fuxxy: I have no experience with it in LE, but does a sound.conf get read? I think I read a long time ago kodi does its own thing. If not, is it possible to set the device using amixer or similar in autostart.sh before kodi starts? Just throwing out a couple of ideas...

<swimm3r> hello.
<swimm3r> can anyone help me how to enable the module for Sony D2837ER?
<swimm3r> it is used in a DVB USB dongle
<swimm3r> together with RTL2832P USB bridge
<swimm3r> and Rafael R828D
<swimm3r> thank you.

andy-burns has joined #libreelec
<swimm3r> only cxd2841er.ko is present in /var/lib/modules/4.19.36/updates/driver.dvb.dvb-latest
<swimm3r> cxd2837er.ko is missing :(
<swimm3r> can anyone help me? thank you.

<swimm3r> now I am using LE 9.0.2, tried also with 9.2 but no luck
<vpeter> Then you are probably out of luck.
<vpeter> Not supported stick. But try asking on a forum.
<swimm3r> but in the past, the ko file was present
<swimm3r> in the past == several month ago
<swimm3r> and I don't know why they removed the modul from the pack
<swimm3r> module*
<vpeter> I see.
<vpeter> And which image you are using? Generic, RPi, ...
<swimm3r> RPi
<vpeter> And which image was last good?
<swimm3r> I think 9.0.2 because it is the first with DVB driver from the last kernel" plug-in
<swimm3r> Is any possibility to use an older version of the DVB drivers??

<vpeter> Yes.
<swimm3r> ok. thank you.
