PabloPL: yea, proper panel driver is right direction, I assume now you rely on the bootloader to configure the panel

mszyprow_: Yes and in this setup it's working fine. There is already driver in drivers/video for this panel (s6e63m0) so i've tried to write driver based on that and panel-samsung-ld9040.

mszyprow_: I saw that there is one in drivers/video/backlight/ directory. I took panel setup code from it. Looks similar to one from stock kernel
