and the way too high -5V tell me that the PSU suffers massive overload but doesn#t shut down as a decent PSU is supposed to

i find -12 V == -5 V suspicious. looks very much like wrong readings

though I should decide whether all voltages of PSU go down when one is overloaded, or if all other but the overloaded are going up ;-P
