<postmodern> just curious whether anyone has seen an issue where a development dependency of a gem conflicts with a development dependency of a project's gemspec? Bundler (1.x and 2.x) is claiming a depped in gem requires `rake ~> 10.0` but the gemspec requires `rake ~> 11.0`, except both are development dependencies. I have not been able to reproduce this locally, only with two private repos I'm working on. Have no clue how or why this is happening. :/
