15:41 <dominikh> you won't find a step by step guide to solving exactly the problem you are trying to solve. and most of that (talking to jira) has nothing to do with Cinch. For how to match messages sent on IRC, check the example plugins that come with cinch or any of the bots that are mentioned in the wiki.
