Hello. Pretty sure I'm experiencing an encoding issue in regards to emojis. If I simply "puts" a string with an emoji in it, I can see it correctly in the cinch bot output, but if I try to m.reply or use Channel to send it to IRC, I get ?? instead of the emoji.

I see there's an encodings bot option, but I'm not sure what are valid encodings.
