<Pierreb> anyone know if its possible to do /notice user with cinch, cant find anything in the manual page about it.
<leftylink> there is also https://www.rubydoc.info/gems/cinch/Cinch/Target#send-instance_method and see that it takes a boolean arg for whether to use NOTICE
