U2F works out-of-the-box, but unless you use a *horrible* browser, you unfortunately have to enable support for it manually … CCID / smartcard has to be enabled, then configured with the OS or gpg or whatever … and OTP requires you to download a janky-but-servicable app on any machine you want to read out 2FA codes on (“Yubico Authenticator”)
