<nmz787_> went to try lithography but the spin-coater needs servicing, some plastic terminal blocks on the I/O of the logic controller inside were dry-rot and cracked and causing glitches :(
<nmz787_> luckily the company who owns the spin-coater is gonna buy the new parts, but I gotta install them and see if anything else is wrong... the LCD screen did come on and the motor started spinning, but there was no vacuum, which prompted me to open the case, when I found the broken terminal blocks and found they were causing the LCD screen to glitch.
