<Primordus> hey guys, got a question regarding SPI
<Primordus> right now im writing a kernel module and wired it up in such a way that an external interrupt triggers an asynchronous SPI msg to a device..
<Primordus> (that part works properly)
<Primordus> but once I remove the module, it crashes.
<Primordus> I first free_irq on the interrupt pin so no more interrupts can be triggered, then I send a final synchronous message to the queue so I know after that its empty
<Primordus> but what I see is that I get a null pointer deref *after* the synchronous message (and disabled interrupt)
<Primordus> anyone ever encountered a similar kind of error before?
