15:41 <edge0701> I am using krogoth version of Yocto. Default xorg-server recipe from meta. I am receiving an error during compilation about missing GL/gl.gh. In my build include dir I have GLES/gl.h but no GL/gl.h.

15:48 <dv> I am not up to date with the status of the gles drivers, but I would anyway not recommend to use full OpenGL on embedded devices, as it is usually emulated, either on top of GLES, or with software rendering

15:59 <edge0701> I tried building core-image-x11 and it didn't work. Then I tried Weston (for which I had to remove X11 from distro features). Now I am trying X11 again.

16:08 <edge0701> Weston worked fine. Just had trouble using the gstreamer waylandsink, so trying with X11 now.

22:09 <edge0701> @dv just got x11, gtk and gstreamer working happily with fido versions of yocto and meta-fsl-arm. now have to figure out what the breaking change is! (:

22:24 <edge0701> I tried waylandsink. It works on my dev machine, running weston on top of X11. But on imx6 I get a seg fault.
