How well is ipfs suitable to distributing 10 Gb blobs vs more reasonable sizes (256 kB or 2-4x of that size)? Is there anything special I need to know for large blob distribution?

With blobs I meant binary files, in the original sense. I've done some testing today with a gzipped 9.3 Gb DB dump, and it comes through the usual public gateways at good speed. Presumably some 5-10 well-connected nodes with the dataset fully pinned would make it available enough.
