prahal, ping!
<prahal>
liquidAcid: pong , how are you ?
<liquidAcid>
prahal, great, what about you?
<liquidAcid>
prahal, i was wondering if you have/had the mfc working on 4.0
<prahal>
liquidAcid: I have not tried 4.0 , going fine here (spending time on user space issue and studying basics of problem solving :)
<liquidAcid>
prahal, but it was working at some point? (i've played around with the patches from your repo, but i'm hitting a sysmmu pagefault during/after firmware loading)
<prahal>
I got it working long back in older releases , I remind it working in the latest iterations . Let me check and test
<liquidAcid>
prahal, well, it's not that important -- you i wouldn't mind if you could check
<prahal>
sysmmu is likely turned off here
<liquidAcid>
prahal, yeah, it might be problem with the iommu (i have to always on)
<liquidAcid>
and the iommu series is still not merged in 4.1 *sigh*
