javier__: I'm on 4.10 now, and I think suspend broke. It seems to amount to shutdown for me (peach-pi). Also seems the audio is still an issue, do you recall where I should go to report this? I recall someone from samsung could be a good contact?
<Wizzup>
Also curious if it is possible to make the backlight more fine grained, like it is in the chromeos kernel.

<oillamp>
hey all, im booting a mainline kernel (the one packaged by arch linux) on a chromebook snow with nv_u-boot + initramfs + luks encrypted rootfs... the issue is i'm not getting any output from the ramdisk, and no prompt for typing in the passphrase to unlock the root device. blindly inserting the passphrase at the black screen works, and then the boot process outputs regularly... so how to have the early
<oillamp>
stage show its output on the screen? thanks
<LiquidAcid>
oillamp, build drm or fbcon as module?
<oillamp>
LiquidAcid, are you suggesting to include those modules in the initramfs?
<LiquidAcid>
i'm asking if they're are build as modules
<oillamp>
LiquidAcid, oh ok sorry
<oillamp>
mmmmh, i can't see any such module in my rootfs right now
