guys I have question about overheating or cooling sd cards

Up to now I've been using USB 2.0 SD card adapters but reading or writing even 8GB cards takes very long time

So I come with idea to buy USB 3.0 SD card adapter and it works waaaay faster

only issue is that writing with USB 3.0 speed is causing release a lot of heat and I found that after writing 8GB card is causing that card is seriously HOT

Q1: how to throttle R/W speed using for example dd?

Q2: maybe someone saw USB 3.0 SD card adapter which is able to cool down SD card during use?

kloczek, flash works better at higher temps.
