<Snark> if some lablgtk2 guru could tell me why all my dialog windows are blocking, that would help me :-/

<Demitar> Snark, they're all boarded up? (Seriously, if you were more specific you could get a more useful reply. ;-)
<Snark> Demitar: I don't know what "boarded up" means
<Snark> my dialog windows run
<Snark> but the other windows don't when they do
<Snark> ie: my main window becomes dead for me when I have a message dialog window
<Demitar> Sounds to me you're using modal dialog windows.
kinners has quit ["leaving"]
<Snark> Demitar: I didn't ask them to be modal
<Snark> and creating them with ~modal:false doesn't improve the situation :-/
<Snark> (I had thought about being modal before)
<Demitar> But the dialog is working fine? And the other window renders correctly (just not responding)?
mrvn has quit [Read error: 110 (Connection timed out)]
<Snark> yes
<Snark> and the rest still reacts to network events
<Demitar> How are you creating the dialog?
<Snark> it really look like a modality problem, but ~modal:false didn't improve things :-/
<Demitar> (Mostly shooting in the dark now though.)
<Demitar> I'd suggest asking on the mailinglist. It sounds like it might be a bug.
<Snark> in a gtk callback, with something like: let window = GWindow.dialog ~title:"Renommer un contact" ~resizable:false ()
<Snark> (title in french since ocaml-gettext isn't debian-packaged yet)
<Demitar> To me it sounds like it should work just fine...
<Snark> apart from that I'm pretty happy with lablgtk

<Smerdyakov> Anyone want to do a summer internship on "how to (better) automatically identify security vulnerabilities in Java source code"?
<Smerdyakov> In Northern Virginia, USA
<araujo> you pay everything?
<Smerdyakov> Some fellow who sent out a mass mail does, or something.
