I corrected the licensing, to finally reflect the AGPL license decision in documentation and repository.

The files in the licensing folder have been symlinked to the contributors guid, for that there is only one source of text.

The two clients that we're trying to get into an alpha state at the moment is android and linux, but it'll probably be a few more weeks before those are working well enough
