Hi! I'm building my first gem with an executable. What is the recommended way to handle running the executable during development? I've seen many gems do this `$:.push File.expand_path("../../lib", __FILE__)` before requiring their own lib stuff in the executable. However, the patterns guide (http://guides.rubygems.org/patterns/#loading-code) explicitly recommends to not do that. Does this recommendation not apply to executables?

(I am assuming that when the gem is installed, the executable can just require it's own lib files without messing with the load path, which isn't true during development, if i'm not mistaken)
