I've been noticing some of the APPs in the apps market get broken with updates to sandstorm, so in that sense the appbase is shrinking :(

23:51 <rainbowjaw> They do this using the STEEM platform, it's a blockchain platform. While I don't love steem, utopian.io seems to be a really cool project giving funding to a number of open source projects
