New user; am I meant to use stellar-core, stargazer, or stellarchat/desktop-client if I want to send a payment with a "payment" tag?

I couldn't figure out how to import a secret key on stargazer, on stellarchat/desktop-client there's no mention of tags, on stellar-core all peers are rejecting me
