Hi there, I'm new to systemtap, and am trying to use the nfsd-trace.stp, as distributed with RHEL7.8, to monitor the full paths of files being accessed via nfs on the server side.

It works just fine with nfsv4, but not nfsv3. Naturally, it's v3 we have in production.

It's task_dentry_path() that fails with a read error. On inspection, fh->fh_entry and fh->fh_export are always NULL in the nfsv3 case

I'd investigate this by getting some probes into the nfsd v3 and pretty-printing the structures (via $ptr$ or $ptr$$), to see where else that info may be hiding

in commit 580cf49a5eb18b71e46a120a1c7fd40f04e4a49e, a change was made to __stp_call_mmap_callbacks_for_task() to make it avoid sleeping on acquiring a semaphore
