After both files are on phone's sdcard. Boot into twrp. Choose install. Find cyanogen file. Say add more files. Find gapps. Flash.

BTW.. First boot of phone will take almost 5 minutes.. It will look like it's hanging.. Don't panic. Let go for 10-15 mins.
