I'm a bit confused with the Cyanogenmod 12.1 nightlies, they seem to shrink the system partition to approximately 530MB, and this causes issues for the Gapps

In order to have a working Gapps setup, I decided to set the system partition to 1GB, thanks to great PIT files provided on the XDA Forums

So I flashed the corresponding PIT file along with a Kernel, formatted everything, the system partition was 1GB-large

The problem is when I decide to flash the latest nightly, or any other one

At this moment, when I run a df, the system partition is not anymore 1GB-large, but 530 MB-large approximately

And this causes loads of crashes of the Gapps, making my phone basically unusable
<TPXP>
Is it possible to investigate this weird resize issue? It's really annoying?
