aturley, SeanTAllen, I think I'm at a point where it's time to make either create a python3 branch or a machida3 folder. I think that the latter is more "agile" and would prefer that but I will probably need some help with the build system
<SeanTAllen>
I'd vote for machida3 folder. Dipin is the build system expert.
<SeanTAllen>
Biggest issue would be that all variables you create in the makefile are global. So youd need to give them all new names. Other than that, I think it should be mostly copy n paste.
<cajually>
Yeah that is one of the things that I've realized with how the makefiles include over the file tree works
<cajually>
I'll clean all that up tomorrow as far as I can. Close this PR and make a new one that adds a machida3 folder. I'll try to attach as much of the testing etc as I can for the new binary but I'm certain there will be things to fix before that can be accepted
<cajually>
I'll also clean up the commits a bit
<aturley>
cajually i'm also in favor of the new folder
<SeanTAllen>
cajually: awesome.

cajually i wanted to give you some warning that we're moving wallaroo.py and breaking it up a bit as part of another project.
