the initial goal for RPi4 is/was continuity from previous pi generations so it's also 32-bit

once more of the RPi4 codebase goes upstream 64-bit should become possible

I know there are aopther android apps that can send WoL, but it would be nice to have a power button in the remote app that could wake the machine

i can also reproduce this on another rpi4 on a different network

using curl in terminal gives fine speeds though...
