Any kernel dev has any idea of what can I do? sysrq doesn't work at all, when it hangs.

I tried both softlockup and hardlockup catching mechanisms

(that's x86, I tried the nmi watchdog)

They work well (NMI counter increasing). I use idle=poll, so all counters get a steady rythm.

If it were a 'panic', I use the crashkernel option. That'd launch another kernel.

I know that kernel developers *know* how to get useful information of crashing situations... but that's not 'common knowledge' about gnu/linux users :)
