<lezsakdomi> Hi!
<lezsakdomi> As I see from logs, here isn't mouch activity :D
<lezsakdomi> If I'm right, this channel is about ARM-powered netbooks.
<lezsakdomi> As I figured out, the boot process of arm devices is a mouch different from x86-based ones: Here can't be a "code" just loaded into the start of the memory, because that's partitioned by the exceptions. (please correct me when I'm not right)
<lezsakdomi> So how is the boot process on arm going by standard?
<lezsakdomi> As I see, the ROM first searches for a file on a given partition (bootcode.bin in the most famous embedded systems).
<lezsakdomi> But what partition do it find for and how?
<lezsakdomi> For ex. where is documented the supported filesystems?
<lezsakdomi> (I'm currently experimenting with a pinebook)
<lezsakdomi> *exception -> interrupt :D
<lezsakdomi> And if i'm at the wrong channel, please let me know, where should I ask :)
<lezsakdomi> And my general question: Where can I learn more?
