<Noxz2> wow.. some piezo actuators that I have been looking at showed up on ebay for stupid cheap (but still rather expensive) and I am very tempted to nab these to get started
<Noxz2> been kinda hard at working developing my own epoxies, still no UV active stuff, but nearly every night I am doing a reaction

<Noxz2> I did a neat lil project that sorta needs to go to completion sometime.. I interfaced a new labscale(2.5kgx0.01g) RS232 with a CHIP (getchip.com) via a linedriver, a proximity sensor, and a webcam with a barcode reader (ZXing lib) and got a label printer that can do barcodes.. so I can label and keep track of the flasks I weigh and such.. got a 4 channel K-Type thermocouple interface as well and waiting on correct PTFE coated thermocouples from HK
<Noxz2> .. I've been fairly busy
<Noxz2> ohh.. the other thing I forgot to mention in here.. I did not get accepted to the WatchMaking school for this past year.. so I figure I have another to do my own projects
<Noxz2> but two weeks ago I met up with a different school and spoke with the first year instructor for a bit (classes start next week)
<Noxz2> much more likely for me to go there, simply because of the potential return if I try to buy a house for the short term (2yr program) and resell vs the other place I have seen houses listed for 180+ days and no offers
<Noxz2> I mean.. Seattle vs amish town pennsylvania
<Noxz2> dang... glad to have this in my head
<Noxz2> yet another project that has been on my list that I may actually dive into sooner than I thought.. and of course I would be buying resist at the rate that my chem experiments have been going (though not terrible, I am a whiles away from making my own UV active resist, which was certainly a goal/project)
<Noxz2> I'll make sure to get back into this channel when I get home.. as I am clearly getting excited about all of this :D
