<Bike>
um... the losing output transistor is shut off, so, the winning output transistor has to have Ibias - Iin1 through it, so its gate (winning input's drain) voltage increases
<promach>
Bike: may i know why " its gate (winning input's drain) voltage increases" ?
<Bike>
not minus. none of the input flows through the bias source. dur
<Bike>
um, because there's current forced through it by the bias source, i guess.
<Bike>
the gate-source voltage is a function of the log of the current, and the source voltage is more or less fixed.

Bike: I got to go. I will have to continue the reading later
