TRM's (rev4) "37.4.10.4 Waveform settings for asynchronous interface pins" is absolutely obscure to me either :'(

So far I see two ways to solve my problem:

1) use EIM module to work with LCD, as it can generate all the signals I need
<TwisteR>
2) detach TFT panel from controller (SSD1963, with problematic async interface) and work with panel directly, as it seems to have synchronous interface (according to schematic, it has DCLK, HSYNC, VSYNC, DE signals)

first way involve alot of R&D and coding (as it's unclear how EIM-connected display should be treated by fbdev)

second way involve alot of PITA rework/soldering with unclear outcome
<TwisteR>
right now I'm seeking for a third way: some register-level magic + a bit of code changes in BSP + little DTS tweaking = RS/WR/RD/CS# signals appears on accessible headers :-)

but unsure if it is technically and/or practically feasible...
