<hste> jas-hacks: tried more on yocto?
<zelina> hste: have you looked at https://github.com/Freescale/fsl-community-bsp-platform ? This yocto build might get you close.
<zelina> I have just ordered some of the dongles for development and will report back how it worked.
<zelina> i currently am using the element14 dev board

<jas-hacks> zelina: how good is element 14 board?
<zelina> i'm happy with it. much better quality than the board from boundary devices. i
<zelina> had to do a native qt5 build due the yocto build failures and it was impressively fast
<zelina> other than qt5 the yocto build i mentioned about worked flawlessly on Ubuntu 12.04

<jorgegeorge> I just recreated the microSD using "buildgk802.sh" that gets the latest updates: my tv on HDMI is now detected as 640x480 (on saturday was fine 720 or 1080, I have not checked)
<jorgegeorge> I was this update from github: drivers/video/mxc_hdmi.c | 59 ++++++++++++++++++++---------
<jorgegeorge> I guess can be related
<zelina> jas-hacks: haven't done a performance analysis on ethernet. do you have a tool to recommend to use?

<jorgegeorge> I confirm my Sat build I have on another SD is working fine at 1280x720, but it had some troubles on HDMI audio
