I can run ubuntu and xubuntu fine from the external card with this setup. I wanted to have the option of running android as well. However, I did not succeed in doing this. Does anyone have any tips?

16:38 <toktok> i did the following. I separated the original boot.img copied the ramdisk to the second partition. i also copied the system partition to another partition and did the necessary changes in the init.freescale.rc

19:48 <jas-hacks_> toktok: its not just the kernel that needs to be loaded, you need to change the android image so that it refers to the correct device (ie ext sd card)
