hard to say what's the problem, if you have other peers, you are apparently connected to the network, as to why gateways can't contact you...

try to open your ports

gateways wont be able to connect to your computer with ports not forwarded. If you don't have full access (like a vps, dedi server etc) and run with a home connection you have to go into the router and forward the port (and set IPFS to use a high port 40k+)

ISP's block low ports. People should always set a custom port, probably in the high ranges.

We don't have issues with latency on self published stuff locally... because we run a node. But when we share publicly on web, there's latency in making the post public
