Hey all! Using Jruby 9.1.15 we would like to capture the output of a shell command. It seems to work in most of the cases but in a particularly large environment we seem to get always `Cannot allocate memory` error even for very simple commands like `ls`. Is there a way to run a command and capture its output? (we are using centos)

Anyone happen to have a handy resource for which JRUBY_OPTS options were deprecated in 9000? And for those options that have a recommended replacement, what those are? I didn't see on http://jruby.org/news , not sure if that's the right spot to be looking.
