eh, I could continue to guess wildly, but I'm not convinced it's productive ;) All I do know for sure is that I don't have a 4K monitor or eDP panel to play with, and vopl driving 1080p HDMI with vopb idle has never shown any issues on my board

yann: no idea. for my case, I'm only using the dts found in uboot/linux. Nevertheless, I dont see any reason for it to not work. it's a bug which has to be fixed imho

I've a stupid/genius idea of building a keyboard with one inside you can use as a 'normal pc' when hooked up to a monitor and be used as a 'normal keyboard' when hooked up to the full pc
