use rkflashtool to read and write parameter or use the official linux tool "upgrade_tool" with DI -p parameter

I am not sure if the rkflashtool can write the parameter correctly, so I use the official tool

thank you, hoped there is a way to do it from within the running system. I'm gonna place it in one of my products and wanted to be able to switch of and on serial debugging for I want to actually use ttyFIQ0 to connect my peripherals

another question: is it possible to supply power via the GPIO header? should i use VCC or VDD?
