<dmitry_sher>
yes, i also used meteor-spk 0.3.1 and it works for meteor 1.4 and 1.5
<dmitry_sher>
howewer, the accounts package kenton:accounts-sandstorm was not working good for me for later meteors because it depends on older version of server-ddp
<dmitry_sher>
i've update it to version 0.6.1 and it works good now with meteor version 1.5. download it to your packages folder: github.com/dmitry-sher/meteor-accounts-sandstorm
<dmitry_sher>
i have almost finished my sample meteor 1.5 project, but i really need help with connecting grains to each other

<manduz>
i get "Sandstorm static publishing needs further configuration (or wrong URL)"
<fadelkon[m]>
I don't know exactly what that error means
<TimMc>
Maybe you're accessing it by the wrong host name and it thinks you're trying to use the static publishing feature.
<fadelkon[m]>
but I do know that, in order to use HTTPS - and that's really something one should want- you will need to either pay for an expensive wildcard certificate or either use a sandcats.io subdomain with a free wildcard certificate
<manduz>
i am using noip
<manduz>
since i have dynamic ip
<TimMc>
Wildcard certs are about $40–70 per year these days.
<TimMc>
Could be better, but it's not so bad.
<manduz>
so i direct officer.exhausted.pro to my ip "XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX:6080"
<fadelkon[m]>
Yeah, and in 2018 letsencrypt said that will issue those for free
<TimMc>
Only via DNS proofs at first, though.
<TimMc>
(They have another mechanism in the protocol, but I don't know if they'll support it themselves, policy-wise.)
<fadelkon[m]>
Anyway, I think you don't need noip with sandcats
