whitequark, is there another way to go about this, without the limits on the constraints?
<jaggz>
like, if I just set up some stuff kinda close to where I want it (like in that video)
<whitequark>
sorry, I can't listen to audio in that clip and I didn't really understand it otherwise
<jaggz>
whitequark, oh, no audio anyway. It's just a bed and I have a motor (linear actuator) -- trying to lift the bed to that angle with a rod that's fixed (hinged) to the bed and pulled so it rotates downwards.
<jaggz>
the actuator is hinged to the underside of the bed and to some part of the swinging rod.
<jaggz>
The rod will have a wheel on the end so that end can roll along the ground
<jaggz>
(again, just one rod is depicted, but there will be two of them, following the same motion)

i managed to fix the problem by making the extrude double sided but i'd like to understand why it happened if pos
