<eva> That’s certainly part of it - I think the biggest problem is lack of financial services for people living on, say, 2 dollars a day. Things that we consider standard, like free checking, just aren’t there. So not being able to buy a larger pack of something is likely detrimental, but I think the larger issue is the way money is saved/sent/lent to them.
