I have encountered a bug that I would like to submit here.

It would seem as though there its a high probability that the home button function will not load properly on boot of the device if something is plugged into the micro USB port or the audio jack, it seems as though this is remarkably less common when this condition is not present.

This is on a Captivate SGH-I897 running latest nightly, have been experiencing the same with all kitkat nightlies
