<rlsj> Anybody home? Got a question about X11.
<rlsj> Here's the question: Does ARM graphics for Linux have anything like the "blitter" in graphics cards for the Intel PC? I need to save and restore parts of a window for temporary dialog boxes.
<rlsj> Specifically, is there an X11 call to "blit" (DMA data move) between graphics memory and malloc'd RAM?
<rlsj> Well. Silence can mean "No." It can also mean "Don't know." I'm impatient.

<ssvb> rlsj: come back and hang around a little bit longer if you really want to get a reply :)
