When I upload a directory to IPFS, I upload each file, and then a "directory" which contains links to the file's hash. If that's the case: 1. if couple of people upload the same file, but under different directory name, will the access to the file still be "seeded" by both uploaders? 2. Is it possible to upload a hashlist as a directory, without actually having the files?

well files are split into chunks, so as long as everyone is using the same settings when adding the file then any identical data will be seeded by all of them
