<corkie> hello again! i read in some logs that the UART pins on this MX4 is shared with some SDcard pins, are these pins..standardized?
<corkie> logs dont say which pins tho
<corkie> i managed to compile u-boot...i think heh would be awesome to get some output from the board hmm

<mmind00> corkie: depends on the soc (I don't keep a list of board <-> soc) ... bt
lkcl has quit [Read error: Connection reset by peer]
<mmind00> but yeah, on some socs uart and sdcard can use the same pins ... which is just selected via pinctrl
<mmind00> (and possibly a GRF setting for the uart-routing itself)

<corkie> one step closer, found the pins, garble garble in putty baud rate i guess x)
<corkie> yay this is more fun now
<corkie> https://pastebin.com/AdGf9BhQ Oh yeah, waaay more fun now ;D
<corkie> Pin7 -> RX Pin3 -> TX Pin6->GND 1.5M 8N1 for the logs
<aalm> and the weird baudrate

<corkie> anyone built u-boot with uart routed to usb, if i remember correctly that was an option during menuconfig at some point, this sounds like a good idea if i want to boot from SDcard and and still read the uart stuff hmm
<corkie> yeah this is gonna be a loooong night
