hi folks, quick q, why is uboot be default written to 0x4a000000? Is there a requirement there or is it simply that, a default?

coz right now I use DRAM to write sd card image to it along with uboot so I can write it to eMMC using u-boot from DRAM to eMMC and obviously that gives me limited room for image size

paulk-gagarine: I use the V40 (=R40) and the kernel hangs when registering the framebuffer device. I have a few patches from jernej which help. Also tcon test output on HDMI and LVDS is fine.

hello, i'm trying the kernel from the sunxi-next branch (4.17) on cubietruck plus (allwinner H8) and the SMP does not seem to work, in the roadmap SMP is supposed to be merged in 4.17, but i just get one cpu online, i can see the other ones with lscpu but they appear offline. can somebody give me a hand? thanks!

some patchwork implementations allow you to download the whole series as an mbox ... but this one seems to require an account to manually link the series into a bundle and then you can export that as an mbox
