Well that would depend on many factors, like the OS your running, the hardware, the manufacturer perhaps and maybe chip makers as well.

heh, well that pretty good way to make sure. But with project like this and other you could be able to save the smashing. But with software I don't think you can really ever say safe and networked anymore.

I'm not sure that a networked computer can ever be safe.. I agree with that... TAILS and QUBES are promising... but I wonder about the NSA just sending you a fake version of the ISO file

so i shifted the definition of "unfinished" a bit. in the regular v2 block diagram, the SIM switch would show up as "designed", since it would then land in nik's queue

most of the system is in the 1.8 V domain, but there are a few things at 3.3 V. the XAR1201P (when operating at 1.8 V) can also interface with that, as long as it's only for input or open-drain.
