<eugos> Is there a tool to convert ocaml code to colorized html (with syntax highlighted)?
<eugos> in the Unix world, I mean
<Hipo> vim? :)
<pango> ocaml support seems lacking from enscript...
<bacam> Vim will do it, though the HTML isn't pretty.
<eugos> Hipo, well, emacs ocaml modes have also highlighting, but it doesn't help in that case :)
<eugos> Hipo, I told about emacs as I use emacs, but how to convert to html with colors?
<eugos> bacam, ok, I see, and another way?
<eugos> bacam, a kind of a standalone tool for that?
<eugos> Hipo, bacam, anyway, thank you for the hint about Vim
<bacam> I'm afraid the only other ocaml pretty printer I can think of is for LaTeX.
<eugos> bacam, my God! I'm stupid, I've forgotten that ocamldoc generates not only doc related things but also code itself :)

<eugos> Just to be more experienced in ocaml I've written a non-validating XML parser using Stream.peek, Stream.junk, etc. stuff. Could you say me if it is easier to make such things with [< >]-like things of camlp4? I'm not familiar with them yet, but I'm going to look at.
<eugos> I mean http://caml.inria.fr/camlp4/manual/manual003.html that is new for me
<eugos> So, the question is if it is really easier to use or it's just a matter of taste?
<beschmi> you could compare your XML parser to the one in http://d.plaindoux.free.fr/
<eugos> beschmi, thank you, I've taken a look at it. It's so concise! But as I see it's another step forward. Firstly I'd like to understand how to work with the standard camlp4o delivered parsers and streams.

<gl> uh, sorry
<beschmi> eugos: there is a nonvalidating xml parser using camlp4 in there (xml/..)
<eugos> beschmi, thank you so much for your help, I'm already there, in the source code :)
