foo.
<mflux>
is there a way to link ocaml programs runtime, if I were to want to smaller 'executables'?
<mflux>
I guess I could always write a wrapper that would use Dynlink to load the required .cma- and .cmo-files
<mflux>
and maybe generate that wrapper for each program during the build - it would still have the overhead of having a copy of the dynlink.cma, right?

also.. is there a way to tell ocamlmklib to use some other ld than /usr/bin/ld?
* mflux
is just full of questions today!
<Submarine>
isn't it simply calling cc?
<Submarine>
-cc <command> Use <command> as the C compiler and linker
<mflux>
hmm
<mflux>
I straced it and it called /usr/bin/ld
<mflux>
even though it used the proper c-compiler (ppc_8xx-gcc in this case)
<mflux>
the ld complained about unsupported binary format
<mflux>
I wonder if it somehow decided to use just plain gcc for that step though
<mflux>
I used ocamlmklib -ocamlc 'ocamlc -cc ppc_8xx-gcc -ccopt ...'
