i keep seeing that ocaml has a significantly poor concurrency story compared to clojure, haskell, elixir/erlang, scala, etc. why is this? does ocaml, the lang itself, make concurrency hard, or is it just an undeveloped aspect of the language that, with manpower, be just as good as the mentioned langs?

I find OCaml very good for concurrency, similar to Haskell. It does not have a elixir/erlang-like actor model though.
