I apologize for contacting you all directly. It has been about two weeks and I'm not sure where else to turn, or who to ask. Thank you for your help ahead of time.

I signed up for an account about 2 weeks ago. I tried posting a public question and it's not coming through. Instead it comes up as a reply. I also made some "test" replies which don't show publicly either. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. Here is a snapshot:
