<bb010g>
I have two Paperworks right now (one from the old app list and one from the new store).
<bb010g>
Also, loving the redesign. Still bugged about Wave as a document editor, but the app store is great otherwise. :p

trying out vagrant-spk, but having some trouble with the setup. Anyone around who knows how it works? paulproteus?
<erikmaarten>
after running vagrant-spk up, it gets to the machine booting stage but then it gets stuck trying to connect to it via SSH

a problem could have been me using a vm in a vm, which may not have had 32-bit support

Howdy erikmaarten
<paulproteus>
I saw your remarks earlier. I think that VM-within-a-VM isn't super-duper likely to work with vagrant-spk, sadly.
<paulproteus>
I'd love to know more about what you're doing that results in you doing that.
<paulproteus>
It _should be_ (I haven't tested this) possible somehow to use qemu instead of VirtualBox for the vagrant-spk virtualization, and it _may_ be possible to use lxc or something similar to avoid double-virtualization.
<paulproteus>
But either way we should provide a more useful error message.
<erikmaarten>
paulproteus, I think the problem may have been something related to networking, it gets a bit confusing when using a VM-within-a-VM
<erikmaarten>
I think perhaps I'll give up that approach. The reason I tried was that the laptop had Windows installed so I installed a Linux VM to work in
<paulproteus>
I honestly would expect that the second virtualization layer would fail to start.
<paulproteus>
Yeah -- I would say, run vagrant-spk from Windows instead!
<paulproteus>
We have a Windows installer!
<paulproteus>
zarvox and I are pretty reasonably happy with it.
<erikmaarten>
Really? Judging from the docs I thought the Windows was not supported yet
<maurer>
paulproteus: Does that mean capnproto is finally windows friendly, or did you ahve to hack it up?
<maurer>
paulproteus: or do you just mean a vagrant-spk installer, not sandstorm

<erikmaarten>
I'll probably give vagrant-spk a go tomorrow then, back at work. Have some time to spare until next assignment, so I figured I'd get started working a bit with Sandstorm, trying out app packaging etc
<erikmaarten>
*vagrant-spk on Windows, that is
<paulproteus>
Great!
